Tehran bakery licensed No. 19 was established in Manoochehri Street by ' Haj Asghar Amir Yavari' who was one of the oldest Tehran confetioners in 1923.
In those years, Manouchehri store with the management of their big boys 'Mohammad Amir Yavari' by almost 8 workers began to work, so he attempted to expand and develop of the production in this factory.
In the year 1958, in order to expand the factory and adding a new department of providing and producing of sweets and deserts, they have bought and transferred factory to the area 'Narmak' in east of Tehran.
After transferring factory to 'Narmak', they have produced everything by the traditional clay ovens. Then between the years of 1958-1993, the younger brother 'Mehdi Amir Yavari' has migrated to Germany, so he has found the new technologies. He has purchased domestic and foreign machinery in order to increase capacity and diversity of production department.
After 'Mr. Barmak Amir Yavari' has passed the training of pastry and bakery in France and returned to Iran, the family decided to open the modern confectionery under his supervision.
So in 1993, the new factory and store in 'Mir Damad' by working of 45 workers and new equipment in order to diversity in the production of breads, cakes and pastries was established.
Directors of Nane Tehran Group's has invited the master French ‘Damien Piscioneri’ for training courses at the factory in order to diversify production and use of the latest technology and raw materials, as well as familiarity with fashionable products.
During the period of presence of ‘Damien Piscioneri’, the workers trained to produce new and luxury goods.

After more than 90 years of activity in the production of bread and pastry with three generations of 'Amir Yavari Family', now Nane Tehran Group's are working with approximately 150 personnel in the area of nearly 1500 square meters.
